New Booking System!

We have a shiny new fancy-pants dungeon booking system! This handles the whole booking process, so saves lots of time on bouncing emails back and forth. You no longer need to wait for one of the Peacock Parlour management to get back to you to confirm a booking, simply check the calendar to ensure the slot you want is free, then select how long you would like to book for and which day. You can pay immediately with your card, and an automatic confirmation email will be sent out when the payment has been processed. So if you’re in a rush to get a booking confirmed and get back to a client, it can be done instantly.

Through this system, you can also change a booking within 48 hours of it’s start time should something come up and you need to reschedule, and you can pay a deposit, and/or pay in full in advance.

One limitation is that it doesn’t handle overnight or multi-day bookings, so you will still need to drop us an email for those longer ones, or bookings for unusual lengths. We’ll be happy to process these manually for you asap.

We have spent hours and days (hopefully) ironing out all the kinks, so fingers crossed the transition will be a smooth one.
